Hi Gorgeous.  I’m Mel - a busy mum to 2 little girls,

fitness lover, business owner, and someone who truly

gets how full life can feel.

I built this studio and online space to give women simple, realistic steps to feel fitter, stronger, more confident…

without adding more pressure to their day.
